Your personal data may be processed by SADA UZMANLIK FUARLARI TİC. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “SADA”) in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) within the scope explained below.
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Company within the scope of the purposes set out below, in accordance with the fundamental principles provided for in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:
- Execution of Company Internal Operations,
- Execution of Human Resources Activities,
- Execution of Activities with Legal, Technical and Administrative Consequences,
- Strategy Planning and Business Partner/Supplier Management.

3. PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES OF TRANSFER
Your collected personal data may be transferred by our Company to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and authorized private persons in line with the purposes set out below, in accordance with the fundamental principles provided for in the Law and within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:
- Execution of Company Internal Operations,
- Execution of Human Resources Activities,
- Execution of Activities with Legal, Technical and Administrative Consequences,
- Strategy Planning and Business Partner/Supplier Management.
4. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected by SADA through physical/electronic methods for the purposes of executing activities subject to human contracts, carrying out activities and statistical processes with relevant ministries and official organizations, following up correspondence with SSI and other organizations, executing financial, legal, and contractual processes, managing business activities and relations with suppliers and business partners, managing production and operational activities and corporate communication activities, executing activities to ensure customer satisfaction, executing company audit activities, executing efforts to increase employee loyalty by obtaining opinions from employees on the development of business processes, taking necessary actions to ensure that company activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and/or relevant legislation, and executing the processes of creating information technologies and infrastructures. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the law.
5. YOUR RIGHTS LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER
As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
- If your personal data has been processed, requesting information regarding this,
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- In case your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly, requesting their correction and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant law provisions, and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to our company by filling out the SADA Data Owner Application Form, which you can access at the KVK APPLICATION FORM address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
